  • WhatsApp Communication: We use the WhatsApp platform for customer support and marketing. If you initiate contact with us via WhatsApp, we process your phone number and chat history to resolve your inquiry. Marketing communications are only sent if you have provided explicit prior consent. You can stop communication at any time by sending the message "STOP".

4. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)

  • Performance of a Contract: Order processing and delivery (phone number is mandatory for the carrier).
  • Voluntary Consent: Marketing newsletters and WhatsApp messages.

  • Legal Obligation: Billing/Invoicing (via Billingo).

5. Data Processors and International Data Transfer

  • Production & Logistics: Printful Inc.
  • Finance/Invoicing: Billingo Technologies Zrt.
  • Marketing & Analytics: Klaviyo, Meta (Facebook/WhatsApp), Google Analytics, TikTok Pixel.
  • Customer Support (Moosedesk): We use the Moosedesk platform for centralized ticket management and live chat. Data processed here serves exclusively to resolve your inquiries.

International Data Transfer: Collected data may be stored or processed in Canada, USA, Ireland, Germany, Australia, Japan, Singapore, UK, Latvia, Spain, or Mexico. We ensure that transfers outside the EEA are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.

6. Security and Retention Period

All data transmissions are protected via SSL/TLS encryption. Data is retained for 5 years following the performance of the contract, invoices for 8–10 years (legal obligation), and marketing data until consent is withdrawn.
