At Printoo Shop, we strive to provide a transparent and professional service. As our products are custom-made to your specific requirements, our return and refund procedures are governed by Irish and European consumer protection laws regarding personalized goods.
1. Conditions for Return and Replacement
We provide a 30-day period from the date of purchase to report any issues with your order. Because Printoo Shop operates on a Print-On-Demand basis, where items are uniquely manufactured for each customer, returns or refunds are strictly limited to the following scenarios:
- The product is faulty, damaged, or has a manufacturing defect.
- The print quality is significantly lower than the approved design specifications.
- The item received is fundamentally different from the one ordered.
2. Technical and Color Disclaimer
Please be advised that colors displayed on digital devices may differ slightly from the physical printed product due to monitor calibration and the technical nature of the printing process. Under Irish consumer guidelines, minor variations that do not affect the functionality or core aesthetic of the product are not classified as defects.
3. Right of Withdrawal and Legal Exemptions
Statutory Exemptions (Ireland & EU):
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2022 (Ireland) and Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the standard 14-day "right of withdrawal" (cooling-off period) does not apply to:
- The supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized items.
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery.
This means that once a personalized order has entered the production phase, it cannot be canceled or returned due to a change of mind.
4. Claim Submission Process
To report a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our support team at contact@printoo.shop. To process your claim efficiently, we require:
- Your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
- High-resolution photographs showing the defect or the incorrect item received.
We will review your claim within 48 hours and, if valid, provide a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
